Overview

By using and accessing this website, practicepanda.com (the “Site”), you (“you”, “user” or, “end user”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IMMEDIATELY STOP ACCESSING THIS SITE.

This Site and the Client Centric Communications, Inc. (the owner of the Site) content are intended solely for customers of Practice Panda. You may not use this Site or any of the content for any purpose not related to your business with Practice Panda. You are specifically prohibited from: (a) downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the Site or the content without, or in violation of, a written license or agreement with Client Centric Communications; (b) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (c) manipulating or otherwise displaying the Site or the content by using navigational technology, framing, or similar technology; and (d) using the Site or the content other than for its intended purpose. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including but without limitation to copyright and trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and applicable communications regulations and statutes.

You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those relating to the Internet, data, e-mail, privacy, and the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all content and information on the Site is protected by proprietary rights and laws.

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, create derivate work from, sell or re-sell any content or information obtained from or through the Site.

Third-party Sites

Termination of “My Firm Files” Service and Data Liability

Effective January 31, 2024, the service known as “My Firm Files” provided through Practice Panda formerly Integer Websites will be discontinued. This decision follows extensive discussions, wherein a mutually beneficial agreement could not be reached, and proper notice period was communicated with Users. Users are advised that all data stored in “My Firm Files” must be appropriately transferred or backed up by the user before the termination date. Post January 31, 2024, any data remaining in “My Firm Files” will be permanently deleted in compliance with Circular 230 regulations for Tax Preparers and best practices for securing data. Practice Panda emphasizes and communicated multiple times the importance of users taking timely action to secure their data.

Limitation of Liability for Data Loss

Practice Panda, including its parent company Client Centric Communications, Inc., shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to user data arising from the termination of the “My Firm Files” service. The responsibility for data migration, backup, and integrity rests solely with the user. Users are strongly encouraged to ensure that all necessary data is transferred from “My Firm Files” to an alternative secure location of their choice before the service termination date. Practice Panda disclaims any responsibility for data that is not moved or backed up by users prior to the discontinuation of the service, and users agree to hold Practice Panda and Client Centric Communications, Inc. harmless in the event of any loss or damage to such data.

Site may contain links to other websites maintained by third parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the party by Client Centric Communications, Inc.

Modifications to this Agreement

Client Centric Communications, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

Termination of Use

Client Centric Communications, Inc. shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.

Fees and Payments

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

1)  The prices, features, and options of the Practice Panda depend on the Subscription Plan you select as well as any changes instigated by you. Practice Panda does not warrant that a particular Subscription Plan will be offered indefinitely and reserves the right to change the prices for or alter the features and options in a particular Subscription Plan without notice.
2)  REFUNDS. There are no refunds of fees unless Practice Panda discontinues a service or plan. You agree to timely pay all fees associated with your Subscription Plan, Account, or use of Practice Panda and understand that your service will be cancelled if fees are not paid and that the unpaid fees will still be owed and will not be refunded. Refund policies specific to your payment choice our outlined here;
(a)  MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS. Terminating a monthly billing service must be done 30 days in advance of the next calendar month of billing. Your service will remain open through the month paid. There are no refunds of monthly billing services.
(b)  ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS. Annual subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. Should you choose to be billed annually, you understand your service will remain available to you through the entire annual billing cycle. Your payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partially used periods.

Disclaimer of Warranty

You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your sole risk and discretion. The Site and all content and other information contained on the Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Client Centric Communications, Inc. makes no warranty that (I) the Site and content or information will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (II) the results that may be obtained from use of this Site will be effective, accurate or reliable. The Site may include technical mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. Client Centric Communications, Inc. reserves the right to change the Site content and information at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Client Centric Communications, Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the content and other information obtained therein.

Certain jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; thus, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to the conflicts of law’s provisions therein.

Copyright and Trademark Policy

At Client Centric Communications, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Our Terms prohibit users from violating someone else’s intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.
If you believe content that belongs to you is being used through our Services or Websites without your permission, we want to know about it.
